Hi everyone!! I don't know about you all but I sure did have a great time out there this morning. The breeze was just right and it was so nice to see everyone after 2 weeks of not being with the group. My sister came out too and she noticed me speaking to everyone and everyone speaking to me so she said "Everyone's so friendly." I told her "yea we are a big group who's working together." I also added a new addition to my workouts which is running with 2lb weights. I got alot of "oohh she has weights" and "weights? i can't carry those I have enough to carry myself." It was funny and I just said "oh their not that bad, it's just 2lbs," with a smile"
Bye everyone see ya next Saturday and ohh I didnt like the bread we had today the best one thus far is our first one we tried cinnoman swirl. God Bless U all Marathoners in whatever U do! "Live Love, Live Life"

Careful with those weights! If you must just use them on your short days.
