"Dripping Sweat"
This morning I had a great workout!! When I got out I was sooo energized and talkative early in the morning. I was gettin on my sis's nerves and ma's a lil but thats ok cause I was only pushin em more and encouragin em. Anyways I had on my waist belt along with my tights that make my legs sweat. Everywhere sweat was fallin and I didn't mind. Now I'm ready for whatever the day's challenges. I was goin to workout again today to get 2more miles on da tredmil but I'm goin to a GOSPEL CONCERT TONIGHT FEATURING THE TRI-CITY SINGERS! It's goin to be great! Have a great day Marathoners!

Fallin asleep during Program
Yesterday, my mom and I went to a Jazz performance @ my school. She had already taken a small nape in the truck, and once we got in there she fell asleep again. Now I didn't think I was too but I guess because the atmosphere was cool and she was right next to me I couldn't help it. Man I kept dozin off! That sleep was callin my name, so when I got home I hoppped right in the bed. I read a couple of pages in a book ontop of the bed then hopped in it after about umm 2 pages lol. I went to sleep shortly afta 10p.m. I set my alarm on my old phone 4 4:45a.m. cause I jus got a new 1 and don't know how to work it dat well. I was the first 1 up in the house and I went around wakin up my sis and my mom. I was sore from yesterday and doin stairs on Tuesday. My sis stayed in this morning like yesterday. there's a total of 5 females wit us in the mornings includin my sis and we mix up our workout. we walk the first then run and jog the 2nd. If there's a third we do sprints splitting the numbers between everyone. If not then after that we do lunjes, crunches, more sprints, jump-rope,swats and anything we can think of to mix up our workout. I love it thou! It's like old times for me cause I used to get up in high school and do the same before class to get it out the way and b energized 4 da day. The back of my legs are sore along with my gluts but ill b fiine! Lata Marathoners

Runnin Stairs
This is the second time I've blogged today. Now I'm sleepy but I had to come backe casue I worked out again after this morning cause I only did 2miles and later today around 3p.m. I went to run at the gym on campus called the AAC and I ran the stairs along with a group of adults apart of a program called the Biggest Losers. I had already started when they got there and I was well on my way. The second one was a bit more challenging, but I finished of course the same way I started--going hard. I thought positively and pushed myself as much as I thought I could. Now I'm refreshed and I have to do some work although it's gettin late but gotta do it!

It's a brand NEW DAY and I just finished running and walking. I walked the first mile fast then my partner Yolanda and I ran the 2nd without stopping. Once we get to the stop sign close to my house we push it in or take it home. What a stretch! It is a totally different experience running on the road thou thats for sure. I had a grreat weak in workouts thou and last nite for my cross training I did 50 cruunches before gettin in bed. I'm proud of myself and all the others out there apart of the Marathon MAKEOVER group. I capitalized makeover because it's a LIFE MAKEOVER which means this is very HUGE. It's going to change our whole life for the better in many ways and all of our ways will be different but still in some ways the same. I havent blogged for a week, but I'm still doin what I need to do and I think about bloggin on a daily basis so if I don't get to write I'm with everyone in spirit. I really had a great time Saturday doin my long-slow distance and I did a total of 6miles cause I got up at 6a.m. to workout with my sis and motivate her. D'ann walked with Morgan and me and we had a blast talking. I thank God for this beautiful day and I know He is going to bless it and ME in someway and allow me to be a blessing to others. Spring break
Im oout of town but i DID work out today. i forgot dat today was a rest day i felt like doin somethin. so even thou im on break i worked out yesterday and today. Im lovin dis break n not ready to come back. Also ive been workin oout all week jus didnt blogg! lata

Havent worked out but have a testimony
I havent worked out since Wednesday. I was in an accident on Tuesday on my way to school when this man came out of the street he was supposed to be stoped on and hit me. I tried to break but it wasnt enough, he hit me on my side. And my car went flyin in dis lady's yard. I hit da gutter or sewer thing where da water falls and went over the ditch and came right upbeside a tree. It could have ended up worse but it was by God's grace dat I was safe and I thank HIM.
