My workout was great and so was the bread!!:-)

I enjoyed my workout today. I ran the whole time at a great pace pushing myself to go a little faster up the hills and pushing it out in the end. I asked someone when I got back to the building what time it was and she said it was 10:39a.m. Then I asked Robin what time we started after I stretched and went in for some of that good smellin cinnaman bread. She told me we started about 10:20 which means I ran two miles in like 19 minutes!!! Wow! I was thinkin I ran them in like 30 minutes cause I thought we started right at 10, but I did my mileage alot faster than I thought. I ran some this week though so... Like Mark said a little goes a long way, and I focused on what he said while I ran by not trying to take long strides but shorter and faster ones. I had three slices of that sweet cinnamin bread!! oh it was soooo goood!! I wasnt gonna have anymore but 2 pieces then I was gettin ready to leave and I looked at the table. I couldn't resist and Robin enticed me even more by saying have another piece... so I did. It was a really small piece so..Then the rest of the day I ate a sausage egg andcheese crossaint bout 4 (with tostitoes) and water. Then I ate a bowl of cereal and I just ate 3 girl scout cookies after I woke up. Not too much but I believe I had alil too much sweets and suger. dats ok I believe I earned it and I'll burn it back off. Im about to eat some chili now cause i havent had too much real food jus gotta work on my timin and eatin more small meals and snacks throughout da day.
